Blythe & Co. Bakery is a small-batch, local bakery dedicated to providing Springfield and the surrounding areas with quality, nutritious foods. What began in our home kitchen—just a few loaves a week for our community—has grown into a multi-employee, team effort with multiple pickup locations across town. Our mission is to shorten the food supply chain, and return to the roots of truly local foods.
We strive to use the highest quality ingredients to create products we are proud of, while building genuine, lasting relationships with our customers. Above all, we seek to glorify God in everything we do. We are thankful for the chance to bake for you and your loved ones, and hope to continue to serve you for years to come.
