Join us for an immersive, hands-on workshop where you will practice every stage of the sourdough process! This class will last about 2 hours. At this workshop you will:
-Learn how to feed and maintain a starter, plus go home with a starter of your own
-Learn how to mix, shape, and score artisan sourdough dough
-Learn the science behind it all
-Mix a loaf to bake at home
