Sourdough Tangzhong Rolls and Cinnamon Rolls

In this hands-on workshop, we will teach you the method of Tangzhong for extra soft sourdough brioche dough. We will prep a pan of rolls and cinnamon rolls for you to take home and bake, as well as mix dough in class for you to take home for either use.

This hands-on class is 2 hours long and a 200-level course. We ask that you have taken our Demo Class or 101 Workshop prior OR have a basic understanding of the sourdough process before attending this workshop.
