About the event
In this hands-on workshop we will teach you the method of tangzhong for extra soft sourdough brioche dough! We will prep a pan of rolls and cinnamon rolls for you to take home and bake, as well as mix dough in class for you to take home for either use.
This class is 2 hours long and a 200 level course. We ask that you have taken our demo class or 101 Workshop prior or have a basic understanding of the sourdough process before attending this workshop. A stand mixer with dough hook is required for this class. Please bring your mixer with you!
